Accurate portrayal of how it feels to be the quiet kid surrounded by the very talkative ones.

This story is so cute. I started reading it on here when 16 chapters had been uploaded. After finishing those, I wanted more. So, I went looking and found it on mangaplaza. There are 35 chapters on mangaplaza (as of writing this review at the end of 2023) and I paid to read the rest, I thought it was so good. It's been a while since I've read a shoujo with more depth. It is much more realistic than your typical shoujo, which was a nice change of pace. Anyway, if you are looking for a shoujo with more substance than the typical, but still want something cute and fluffy with a touch of realistic drama, this is definitely for you.
SPOILERS: ML and FL don't get together until chapter 34 or 35, but it's soooo worth the wait and build-up, it's ridiculously adorable.

k*ori hater 4life✊‼️ anyway this story is so realistic its scary, most readers probably experienced what the fl is and its sad to think that :/ anyway a sweet and relatable read with green flagged leads, its refreshing to see the characters that act like fl is an actual person and irritating to see the insecure brats bring her down just to bring themselves up, its also refreshing to see the ml put them in their place🤭

The story started out cute and relatable but developed into something really depressing. I understand that in real life, there are people like Tsubaki that lack confidence and struggle speaking out and defend themselves. And I related to that aspect of her at first. But this is a manga and I would've loved seeing some character development on her part. We're now 40+ chapters in and she still let people bully her and walk all over her and is still constantly putting herself down.
I also understand bullying is a real issue many people deal with every day and isn't something to treat lightly. But the bullying we see in this manga feels way too much. It's not just a group of people bullying her, it's basically the whole school at this point, and she just... let it happen. It's frustrating because this is a work of fiction and it would be great to see her try to fight back and grow confidence in herself. I feel this would inspire the readers more, especially if some readers are in a similar position.

I will keep reading as I hope to finally see some change in Tsubaki in upcoming chapters.

I don't know why this manga makes me so emotional. I can relate so much to Tsubaki's self-esteem issues and friendship drama. I don't think I can objectively rate it lmao
But if you're someone that's shy and (very) insecure and find it hard to speak up when needed, this manga sure represents lol

Such a sweet story 😊... if half the side characters and bullies weren't involved 😒 but the mcs r literally so adorable!!!! fl is a cutiepie and ml's a green flag, would recommend
