This is a great series as of chapter 31. I love all the characters in it but my most favorites have to be the dark elf’s and his spirit. I love both forms of him his regular form and his true form. But what the best thing is, is that they don’t sexualize the female characters, they’re not showing anything inappropriate, it’s great

I was ready to be real mad about the whole "appraisal is useless" treatment until they mentioned they have items that serve the same function. I'm assuming his appraisals get more detailed as he levels up, much more than scrolls do.
I prefer the fuzzy form, he reminded me of torbek from legends of avantris

The system gives (a small amount of) shared exp, but ONLY when the person sharing believes the kill they got was made possible by the one the exp is being shared to? So whether or not you get shared exp depends entirely on the perception of the person who got the kill, that's an interesting mechanic. Someone only manages to get a kill thanks to your advice/healing but believes they did it all on their own wouldn't share their exp, right? Fascinating.
